Our buttery, flakey puff pastry tart base is filled with 5 decadent flavors:

Hokkaido Cheese

• Japanese-style tart that is filled with a combination of creamy, sweet and savory dairy and cheese products such as heavy cream, cream cheese and parmesan cheese. 

Truffle Chocolate

• Baked puff pastry filled with deeply chocolatey, creamy dark chocolate custard dusted with premium cocoa powder. 

Lemon Meringue

• A perfect balance of sweet and crisp with a silky smooth and zesty custard topped with meringue. 

Zesty Orange Chocolate

• Citrusy, sweet orange cuts through the richness of the chocolate. A baked puff tart that is filled with chocolate custard with a hint of orange flavor. It's topped  dried orange and orange zest.
